Where does the data come from?: Official public records: the Florida Division of Corporations daily files and the Colorado Secretary of State open-data feed. We don't scrape private sites.
What does "cleaned" actually mean?: We flag filings whose address is really a registered-agent or formation-service office (mail there never reaches the owner), tag likely industry from the entity name, separate holding/asset entities from operating businesses, and score every record 0–100 so you work the list top-down.
Do you have emails and phone numbers?: No — states don't publish them. You get names, businesses, and mailing addresses: ideal for direct mail, door knocking, and LinkedIn lookup. Contact enrichment is on the roadmap and will stay optional.
Is this compliant?: It's public-record business data, not consumer data. Your outreach still has to follow CAN-SPAM/TCPA — direct mail is the safest channel and what this list is built for.
